This class closely models the ashtanga style of teaching, yet more accessible to the western student. The class includes whats called a chaturanga, which is a flow of 4 postures that links other postures together. All postures can be modified to each students level and modifications are given during class.
This Class includes a series of vinyasa flows, as well as the Bikram Yoga Postures, it's a fusion of the two classes. This class is the same every time, like Bikram Yoga, except it's 65 minutes. It's taught to music for the majority of the class. This class also can be modified for beginners.
